 Celebrity jeweller, Stephen Webster, has won ‘UK Jewellery Designer of the Year’ Award at a star studded ceremony. Attended by a host of celebrities and the cream of the international jewellery world, the opinion of the judges was unanimous: “There was no contest…”. “As soon as you see the sensational packaging from this designer you are set up to expect very best”, said one judge. “And reality of the product doesn’t disappoint”. The judges said they couldn’t fault the designer, and they were compelled to award him his eighth UK Jewellery Award. Since he began his career in 1977, Stephen Webster has collected a range of accolades spanning continents. Awards include the AGTA Spectrum in the USA, De Beers Diamonds Today in Canada, Tahitian Pearl Trophy, UK Designer of the Year Award in 2001 and UK Luxury Jeweller of The Year Awards for 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 amongst many others.
